8 team leagues are fun. You end up with really good rosters instead of living on the waiver wire for the last few spots which is needed more frequently for 12 team leagues.

8 team leagues are great. A smaller group of owners that play every week is way better than a 10 or 12 team league where you end up with 2 or 3 owners dropping out a couple weeks in.

I wasn't going to win anyway because I benched the players that had the most points. I misplayed it. You're all good man.

I think 10 is the sweet spot. You have a mostly solid squad but really work for the last couple of spots.

Oh and by the way, I forgot to do this last year, but I hope you don't have kickers in this league. Make it another flex spot.

I prefer 12 team.
Sweet spot for me.
14 team you're relying on scrubs to get a lucky TD and the waiver is too scant.
8 and 10 teams need less waiver wire and trade treatment because you start with stacked teams.

12 means you can still have a pretty good squad but it takes some work to get a top notch roster.
