For active HOF coaches, 10 matchups is quite a bit.

Guessing only one that can eclipse that number is Boeheim/K. Maybe K/Calipari.

K/Pitino might have a lot. K/Izzo might as well. K retiring soon, and his better rivalries were with Roy and Dean.

Given the shared background that Self/Cal have, the two programs they lead, the fact they've already have 2 natty matchups, I'm not sure another duo has a good argument, especially with K hanging it up.

They're definitely going to be 2 of the top 3 coaches left in the game after this year when K retires.

Self Cal and then Wright/Izzo fighting for the 3rd or 4th spot (Wright recently, Izzo has longevity). How disgusting is it that Scott Drew is probably a top 10-15 college coach?

I don't hate KSU, never have. They're irrelevant.

I think you're probably in the minority about viewing them as a rival.

I think you do hit on a good point though, there is a hate with Mizzou that is not there with KState. Or at the very least is a very different kind of hate. My dad even references this when discussing the differences between the 2 rivalries.

Same. Any care about KSU pretty much died off when moving to KC. Especially on the east side of the state line, you just don't hear about them.

It seems offices have 1 KSU guy. The rest are heavy KU/MU.
