This team is going to go down because Self was to stubborn to relinquish the team from Harris and Dave.
Until Self decides to move away from the back to basket big he will never win another Natty.
Disagree entirely. Look at 2020 with dok. But yeah. Dajuan is terrible

Self made zero adjustments to counter the small Baylor lineup.
That in turn slowed the pace down because we couldn’t stop them from scoring.
Sucks but Drew out coached him.
I think you are not good at understanding basketball, personally.
No offense.

What is this team’s signature win?
We haven’t won a big road game all year.

Jalen and Dajuan were 2-18 from the floor. Yikes.

Jayhawks playing so weak tonight.
I wouldn’t say we played weak, they just shot and missed too many 3’s tonight. We don’t have that “guy” that Self typically has that can just get you a bucket.

We all need to let 2020 go. There was zero guarantee that team was going to win it all and even still Dok was a once in a decade maybe even more type of player.

Jayhawks playing so weak tonight.
Fragile mentally with all of the missed free throws, layups and defensive stops.
They just didn't put out enough energy to compete at a high enough level. Out jumped, out ran, out shot.

And there is zero guarantee that Self will not have another season where the roster works right at the same time and can win another title.

We lost on the road to a top 10 team.
But had a ton of shots ( I think probably too sped up ) that we can normally finish. Chai had eight points he left behind. What is Ochais line?

After being up by 13, we were outscored by 23 points. Not good.

Frustrating. Could have been. Missed too many open shots and had a pretty bad officiating crew.

Didnt say we would've won it all. More likely we wouldn't have. But having a good big isn't a bad thing. Dave has been battling on a bad foot all year. He isn't the problem

It's been awhile since I've felt like KU had a legitimate shot at winning it all. Self is great at putting together top 10 to 25 teams consistently (regardless of where they are actually ranked) but can't seem to ever put together a team that's even close to dominant. I wouldn't mind seeing someone else as the KU HC soon.

Again, what is this teams signature road win this year?
We gonna call it Iowa State?
This team has had multiple chances to establish themselves as legit championship contenders and have failed to do so multiple times. Including the ass whooping we took at home to Kentucky.
