Re: Foreign aid to ukraine

You being pro-Putin and pro-Russian Imperialism, while pathetic and sad, comes as no surprise, but to learn that imzcount shares your cowardly fecklessness, leaves a mark.
I’m neither pro-Putin nor pro-Ukraine. I’m pro USA, and we have a hell of a lot better things to do with our money than throw it at a foreign war or fund money laundering operations like the U.N. and NATO. The people devastated by the hurricanes out your way say hello.
Everything you support politically has the opposite impact. Dangerous, expensive and cruel republican policies will not end well. Again. Mass graves and insurrection, rampant inflation and dictators in charge. And that was 2020. It will get worse. Drunk on magical thinking there Pysch.JKLivin wrote: ↑Tue Oct 01, 2024 7:56 amI’m neither pro-Putin nor pro-Ukraine. Meh. Tending to your own knitting before worrying about what is going on with everyone else is not really isolationism or appeasement. It's pragmatism. Something we have had in precious little supply the last 3 1/2 years.
We have funding earmarked for defense and funding earmarked for natural disasters. It's not like hurricanes rarely happen and they aren't budgeted and planned for. This happens every year and the US government is ready and responding as they should.JKLivin wrote: ↑Tue Oct 01, 2024 7:56 amI’m neither pro-Putin nor pro-Ukraine. You and your Dim buddies always conveniently neglect to mention that the reason Republicans refused to support the border security bill was because the funding was earmarked for hiring more judges and attorneys to facilitate more and faster legal immigration rather than prevention of illegal immigration. We don't need more immigrants until we get our own house in order. Anyone who doesn't have an anti-America agenda gets that.twocoach wrote: ↑Tue Oct 01, 2024 9:07 amWe have funding earmarked for defense and funding earmarked for natural disasters. Stop with the childish "Dems are not helping Americans" bullshit while carrying water for the party that actively votes to stop helping Ameticans by voting down funding for border bills, free school lunches, free day care and education. It's nothing more than more hypocritical whining for political purposes.
By the way, Trump supports cutting funding to FEMA.
This is categorically untrue and a bold faced lie. It also included funding for an additional 1,500 border patrol agents and 100 new cutting edge devices that would help scan for fentanyl and other illegal drugs.JKLivin wrote: ↑Tue Oct 01, 2024 9:22 amYou and your Dim buddies always conveniently neglect to mention that the reason Republicans refused to support the border security bill was because the funding was earmarked for hiring more judges and attorneys to facilitate more and faster legal immigration rather than prevention of illegal immigration. And budgets can be changed to reflect needs. Only simpletons act as if they are written in stone and that money can't be legislatively reallocated for important purposes. We can and should withdraw our support for the UN and stop sending foreign aid anywhere until all American citizens are taken care of.
Welcome to being a Democrat, where we have spend decades wondering about all the good we could do with the black hole of funds given to the US military and defense contracts that did little more than pad the bank accounts of rich GOP donors.
And yet it wasted tons of money on encouraging people to come into the country which is what we don’t need.twocoach wrote: ↑Tue Oct 01, 2024 9:29 amThis is categorically untrue and a bold faced lie. Fuck off, liar.
Besides people like you stealing elections and ruining my country?
