David McCormack reflects on his playing days for Kansas Basketball and opens up about his post-Kansas basketball career.
"...bro, honestly, I kid you not, I can't make it up. It's almost like a mindset of, if we practice 3 hours and win by 15, if we practiced for 6 hours, we'd win by 30..."

Belongs in the Rock Chalk Unplugged thread. TIA
And to hell with my reputation?
I guess he's not in the NBA...
He's playing in the NBA summer league so I guess he is technically

Bruce Brown traded away from Denver which means Christian Braun will be their 6th man.

God willing.
It's a solid assumption but it doesn't necessarily "mean/s" that.

I guess Jalen is officially getting a contract. Which is good, 2nd round picks aren't guaranteed. He's giving the 2 way contract which means they want to secure his rights and let him develop

They give the youngsters 10 fouls in the Summer League. Och decided to get his money's worth.
Crazy thing is it seems as if he's playing like he's fighting for a spot on the team / a contact. Why?
I'm pretty sure he's guaranteed for at least 2 more seasons.

i had no idea
seems dumb…like, teaching bad habits
Yeah, I don't see how that helps players - other than giving them more court time. Meanwhile, can you imagine if an "elite" guy gets 5 fouls and then after that he's still on the court and blows out a knee?

He's guaranteed next season. That's it. Year 3 and 4 he's under contract with the jazz but it's a team option. They can choose to decline and release him
I'm sure he's safe for 4 years, mid first round rookie contracts are cheap and he's developing.
He's playing hard just trying to get better. That's who he is
