Dajuan is at least good at usually getting to space and moving the ball when he isn’t being guarded.

But yea, ideally we just don’t have to play so much 5 on 4 offensively going forward

RR also had about 30 pounds of muscle on Dajuan.

also gonna say the *checks notes* 7 NBA players in waiting that surrounded RR 2-5 and on the bench were productive enough that RR didn’t have to do more.

Not sure we have that kinda talent surrounding Dajuan.
I would argue that one of RussRob's best attributes was that he knew his place. He found his lane and stayed in it.
Which isn't easy for a guy of his pedigree to do.
Yeah, one of the many things that made that group so special. Things like Rush buying in and committing to being an elite defender.

We don't play 4 on 5 offensively nearly as much as some of you pretend we do.

We're a top 10 or so kempom offense in the entire country, right?

The difference between our offensive efficiency numbers when in transition and when in half court are night and day.

...and half court is when you're hurt by having a guy who won't/can't shoot.

I don't think it's surprising or unique that this team is more efficient in transition than the halfcourt. That is hardly DHs fault, but to each their own. We can all blame whoever we want.

Not even interested at this point since the roster is what it is. Harris is a good facilitator, Dave is fucking battling, Ochai is elite...and perhaps most importantly for this team, Remy might actually be awake.

Some good stuff earlier in this thread.
Wilson 6th man.
Cam Martin in the rotation.
Yes beating Braun out for a spot.
Wilson playing the five.
Remy our best player.

Are you going to track it every game? I'll make that bet. It'll make the early season grind more fun to follow.
Well not Cam but definitely Mitch.

Discussion before suspension and implying he’d stay there.

So, you get credit for saying a guy who redshirted would play more at the 5? Sounds about pdub.

If Remy hadn't been hurt, he might have.

Certainly not a ridiculous prediction given his first start was in January.

Jalen was gonna be a starter on this squad. And once he got back into the flow, that’s where he stayed.

3rd team All B12.
He’s good.

Remy was preseason player of the year, started the first 12 games then got hurt. He's also pretty good.

Prediction was wrong, but not comically so.
