This is...not something to be celebrated.
When did I say I was celebrating it? I just posted that it happened, with no comment

So who is going to do all the Sunday sermons once all the pedophile priests are put to death?

Are you against punishing pedophiles that sexually assault children under 12?

Stop moving the fucking goalposts. And stop being such an absolutist twat. “The death penalty is bad” is not the same thing as “we shouldn’t punish kid diddlers.”

Although maybe it is to you - after all, in your world kids are gonna die anyway so what’s the point of reducing the number of them that die by assault rifle.

Same concept as when you label me "pro murdering children" lol
Lesson learned hopefully

Fortunately. The pro gun trannies will take over soon and restore balance to the force. Neither side can stop them. The liberals can't dare become bigots and stand in their way, and Republicans won't dare infringe their gun rights

But that’s just not true; please list out what you think are my leftiest positions. I think what you’ll see is they’re actually fairly centrist (and popular) positions, and that what’s really happening is the right is (in its desperation, catering to lunatics) lurching even further over to the right.

Some of the leftist things lately that actually bother me:
1. all the support for vaccine mandates, despite no testing of the vaccines ability to stop covid from spreading, no regard for the individuals medical autonomy, whether they even needed the vaccine or not
2. The insistence of this transgender agenda being promoted to confused young kids, allowing hormone treatment or surgeries on minors
3. Pedophilia dismissed as "minor attracted people"
4. Not wanting to require voter ID, but labeling states/politicians that want it as "banning voting rights" - the list of things you need ID for is pretty massive, no reason voting shouldn't be on it

Why is it so hard to follow directions.

Please list out what you think are my leftiest positions. And then let’s actually discuss them as fixed targets, rather than constantly moving goalposts (or, more dumbly, inscrutable scare words).

There’s very much a middle. The far right is just in denial over what that middle presently is, and where it’s going.

And jfish I realize your opinions aren't as extreme as some or those. But the conversation was whether or not both sides are moving farther away from the middle. Both are

But I do not think you are an extremist. I know you mean well. Most people do, and most people's views don't completely align with either the left or right

THERE IS VERY LITTLE POPULAR SUPPORT FOR ACTUAL VACCINE MANDATES. I DO NOT SUPPORT AND HAVE NEVER SUPPORTED VACCINE MANDATES.
2. The insistence of this transgender agenda being promoted to confused young kids, allowing hormone treatment or surgeries on minors YOU’RE BUNDLING ISSUES. PLEASE UNPACK.
3. Pedophilia dismissed as "minor attracted people" WHO IS DOING THIS? SPECIFIC EXAMPLES PLEASE.
4. Not wanting to require voter ID, but labeling states/politicians that want it as "banning voting rights" - the list of things you need ID for is pretty massive, no reason voting shouldn't be on it. I’M NOT SURE WHAT “BANNING VOTING RIGHTS” EVEN MEANS. BUT IN ANY CASE, THE ISSUE IS THAT THE DOCUMENTED OCCURRENCE OF ACTUAL VOTING FRAUD IS NOT NEARLY PERVASIVE ENOUGH TO JUSTIFY CLEARLY VOTING-SUPPRESSIVE MEASURES (LIKE REQUIRING STATE-ISSUED IDENTIFICATION, WHICH IS TRANSPARENTLY AIMED AT SUPPRESSING THE VOTE OF CATEGORIES OF PEOPLE WHO TEND TO VOTE A CERTAIN WAY.)
See above in CAPS.

Youre arguing 2 different things at the same time. Are we talking about the 2 sides getting farther from the middle? Or are we talking about your personal views
