Oubre is obnoxious too.
Kind of the Ousdahl of basketball.
Awesome
Oubre has way more ink. Oubre>ousdahl. They both seem to make up stories nicely, though.

Insane.
She did have some beam struggles the other night. Which was a little concerning.

The opening ceremony is always really cool.
So many people, from different countries, all coming together happily, for sports.
Unfortunately sports are about the only thing that brings all of these countries together.

Holy shit. If you missed that Celine Dion performance, you should find it online. She's got some rare neurological disorder or something that she's been battling. But she absolutely killed it. On the Eiffel Tower.

I forgot he originally was given citizenship to France because he was going to play on their team. Now the French fans are pissed at him.
Personally, I think it would have been more impactful for him to play for his home country of Cameroon, who made it to the qualifying stage, and could have made it with him.

I'm not really a fan, but, yeah she nailed it. Very moving.

Yeah, sucks Trinity is know as his daughter more than she is known as her mother's daughter.
That being said, I don't like that people say he is not in her life. That's not true.
Her father
Her mother

i don’t know any details other than he didn’t call her to acknowledge her achievement
that (along with how, exactly, she responded to the question) would lead me to believe he isn’t in her life 1) as much as he should be, or 2) as much as she’d like

I don't know how to answer that. I'll respond with - Yes. No. Maybe. To both #1 and #2.
I do know he said more than once, and I believe he truly meant/means it when he said it - "I have one regret, I wish I was a better father".
