While speaking on Fox News Sunday, Barr was asked if he would advise Trump to take the stand. Barr responded, "Generally I think it's a bad idea to go on the stand, I think it is a particularly bad idea for Trump because he lacks all self-control."

if you gotta be arrested. nyc is the place. you will be released without bail. your charges will be pleaded way down. until they are just eventually dropped altogether. i look forward to erik adams press conf dropping the charges.

i don't care. i'm just pointing out a fact that new york is not tough on crime. and if you are going to get arrested. it's a good place to do it.
