UCLA kind of stinks. Missing so many shots

That UCLA dude’s wook hair lol

I hope they have to review an out of bounds play to determine whether the ball grazed a dreadlock

Think KU can score with Zags. Never bought the ucla hype. They were a fucking 11 seed. Didn’t really gain a lot.

I don't think UCLA is as good as #2 in the country but they're coming off a Final Four. This is also the second top 5 team Zaga has beaten the shit out of already. I'll let you all be confident with Dave vs Timme while I live in the actual world that exists.

The real issue is that not only do they have Timme they also have that Chet kid who is 7ft (skinny as shit though). That means at points in the game when Dave is out we are either going to have Mitch and Jalen trying to deal with those 2, or if some get their wish Jalen and another wing trying to guard 2 legit sized bigs. That won't turn out great most likely.

Good news: we handle our business all year and that match up won't come until the final 4 at the earliest....and maybe by then Clemence will have made enough improvements to be able to help in the front court against those 2 zags.

It could just as easily be the other way around

Their bigs gotta deal with us too

It’s not a stretch to suggest they get fat off cupcakes for 3 months, get in a dogfight with some power conference 12 seed, then next game look gassed as we run them out the gym

Yep. 17-9 before the tournament. People forget they were a "First Four" team.
I don't think there were too many people that thought they were any good going in to the tournament.....
Until they beat a #2 seed and a #1 seed before making it to the Final Four and taking a 31-0 #1 seed Gonzaga to OT.

Regarding this season, looks like it's Gonzaga's title to lose but of course injuries and other factors can play a role.
I figure if you catch them on a bad day/night, they are beatable. If you catch them on a good day/night, you're probably fucked.

The “WCC hurts Gonzaga” narrative is outdated.

That’s an elite run of tournaments

They are elite regardless of the conference. It'll be fun to play them in 22 and 23.

There is a reason team's don't play 5 guards. Regardless of what beaverfever has told you, size matters.
