Kenny Logan is a fantastic representative of the KU football program.
Case in point..

Came here as a WR. Moved to safety. But far down the depth chart.
Imagine we'll have a few more by the end of April.

Just realized he's a sixth-year senior as well. Not going to miss any major contributions from him.

He actually was a LB, not safety. He played in 26 games in 4 years.

Not a surprise, he needs to go to a Non Power 5 or lower and enjoy his last year of college football. Good luck to him.

It’s spring game and KU is using the champs for everything but man, the feel seems different within the department. Doesn’t seem to have been this connected in a long time.
Really cool.

As much as we don't want to admit it, it's the kstate special and what made them really good in the 90s and early 2000s. They had walkons that just busted their tail, got an opportunity and took it and never looked back. He's doing the exact same.

Play your best guys.
Doesn't matter how they became your best guys.

Having multiple TEs be pretty good is really good for this offense. It's a spread look offensively, but they want multiple TEs and multiple RBs in there at almost all times. Going to see that a lot this year.
Anybody go out there Saturday? How did the transfer RBs Thomas and Morrison look?

That and playing cupcakes in the non conference really helped. Bold games are losses.

55-6 in nonconference games. 50 home, 10 road and 1 neutral game. 3 ranked opponents.
Basically a bunch of junk except for one neutral game against Iowa at Arrowhead and a home and home with USC. The @ #4 Washington game in 1991 was probably contractually agreed to prior to Snyder taking the job and the @ #25 Arizona State game (Snyder's first) was definitely previously agreed to.
I've argued for years that this is exactly what KU should be doing. Unfortunately there are some different rules these days that prevent you from going full Snyder but we should be trying to get as close to this as possible.

I mean, sure. The rules are completely different. Have to get a P5 non-con every year and travel to a road game or neutral site game every 2 or 3 years or something like that.
This year will be a struggle with 2 of first 3 games on the road. West Va and Houston. 2 good programs. But Duke, Iowa State, TCU and Texas all at home.
2023 season is probably going to be adjusted soon with Texas and OU leaving and BYU, Cincy, Houston and UCF coming in. Maybe a more division style of conference play. Wouldn't be surprised if it's KU, kstate, Iowa St, Cincy, West Va and BYU in a division together and then Okie State, Baylor, TCU, Tech, Houston and UCF in another. 5 games with division and 3 games with cross-division and then 4 non-con games to get to 12.
But man, before this switch, the home slate in 2023 was going to be fun. A FCS team, Illinois, Houston, Baylor, kstate, Tech, West Va and OU coming to Lawrence. What an incredible home slate.

I know I read this somewhere but never really factchecked but I believe the NCAA mandates that any football conference with 12+ members has to be split into divisions. So yes, divisions will be coming back to the Big 12 soon.

Probably a north/south thing again, right?
North - Kansas, kstate, Iowa St, West Va, Cincy and BYU
South - Baylor, Okie State, TCU, Tech, UCF and Houston
Big is still the place to be, but that isn't bad if it's broken down like that.
East/West
East - UCF, West Va, Cincy, Iowa State, Kansas, kstate
West - Tech, Baylor, Okie State, BYU, Houston, TCU
