#3 & #4 both should have lost.

And how on earth did they call that a catch?

I can't remember ever rooting for Baylor before.

Good to see you. I still haven't.

We want TCU to win out even if they get blown out in the first playoff game.

I mean, if you care about the B12 for just a bit before this now on fire roller coaster cart catches fire to the rest of the wooden track.

True. I am also hating Fox today. Need to flip the narrative. Dorothy can't help you now my ass.

Complete JUNK day yesterday. Basically every team I wanted to LOSE won.
Thoughts......

* Split time watching TCU/BU and UM/ILL - which were both fantastic games - but disappointing outcomes.
* Then watched KU/UT (which was actually unwatchable for me). Yes, the refs jobbed KU but KU regressed yesterday and looked terrible.
* Maryland showed up against an Ohio State team that proved to me they have flaws when they played Northwestern. Meanwhile, I expect tOSU to play for the National Championship - by default? There just aren't any great teams this season other than Georgia.
* Georgia didn't play well on offense yesterday and their defense carried them. Bennett played his way out of the Heisman.
* South Carolina is unranked. Yesterday they played like one of the 10 best teams in the country.
* Tennessee is all but done. Before yesterday's games started I thought they would be in the CFP Playoffs.
* If LSU beats Georgia in the SEC Championship they get in the Playoffs despite 2 losses. That's assuming they beat A&M and a HUGE "if" in regards to beating Georgia.
* USC/UCLA was an epic rivalry game. USC just might sneak in the the CFP Playoffs but the way ND has been playing, I think ND may just beat them.
* Bama might be one of the top 4 teams in the country. Kind of crazy that if they scored 6 more points they would be undefeated instead of having two losses and being pretty much out of CFP Playoff contention. Well, I guess they aren't out yet. Stranger things have happened.
* Clemson. While TCU and UM were both losing and looked like they were going to lose, I bought an RSVP (the right to buy a CFP Championship ticket at face value) for Clemson for $58. Dumb.
They still have to play S.Car and then UNC (which lost yesterday) and win both games to have a shot to make the CFP Playoffs. I didn't really think about the fact that they really don't have any "quality" wins.
Like I said about Bama, stranger things have happened and they just might sneak in.
* Oregon/Utah. The game determined Utah will not be playing in the PAC 12 Championship. Oregon probably will.

Last year Rattler was the #1 ranked QB before the season. I think yesterday was the first time he played like it. He was throwing darts, They have Clemson next week and if he plays like that they will win and your $58 goes poof.

I agree. S.Car should absolutely beat Clemson if Rattler plays like that.
As far as the $58, as soon as the TCU and UM games ended I put the "RSVP" on the market for $48. No one bit. Then when I was watching the TENN/S.Car game I realized Clemson may not be done just yet and took it off the market. The difficult part is if the team you buy a/an RSVP for makes the Playoffs, they obviously have to win to get to the Championship.
Current market......

These are for crappy (corner) 200 Level seats that have a face value of $750. Which means you pay your RSVP fee AND the $750.

Georgia $775
Ohio State $429.60
Michigan $200
LSU $150
TCU $115
USC $100
Clemson $50
Alabama $38.40
Tennessee $14.40

So Lance signed his new contract extension through 2029. He apparently said no to Nebraska late last week and his representatives ironed out the final aspects of the extension with KU.

There is also going to be a lot of coaches hired this weekend. Rumor is Kiffen from OLE Miss going to Auburn and then Miss going to hire Deion. All the schools want to have new coach by Monday.
Dec 5th starts the portal and it is going to be crazy.
