Looks like the defense has it dialed in better than the offense to start the season. Mahomes and Reid will get it dialed in. Love the defense so far this year.

Weird deep routes in the end zone for the Jags. But winning in those temps and humidity was awesome

Pretty ugly.
Might benefit from a Knute, "Gutter", Rocknesque pep talk about what "a win" is, again.

5 Gutterisms on ugly wins......
1. An ugly win is prettier than a pretty loss.
2. An ugly win is better than kissing your sister.
3. An ugly win is what happens when you win ugly.
4. An ugly win is better than getting a participation trophy.
5. An ugly win is like pulling an ugly bird. See video below.....

Obviously Gutter, you've never seen my sister.
Great video!

You never know Shirley - I just may have seen your sister. I enjoyed the video too!
9/24/23 Prediction. Bears 10 Chiefs 31
If I thought the Bears had a chance to make the playoffs I would root for the Bears. Since I don't, I'll say - Go Chiefs!

Man, all of a sudden the Chiefs next 6 looks manageable.
Bears (0-2)
@Jets (1-1)
@Vikings (0-2)
Broncos (0-2)
Chargers (0-2)
@Broncos (0-2)

That looks like 5-1 to me -- 6-2 going into the big Miami F U Tyreek game in Germany.

It should be. I would feel better with another receiver that is not always injured. Smith-Marsette should have stayed. James is not looking great either.

ISM is currently unable to get any playing time for the Carolina Panthers, outside of special teams. I agree that James looks like shit, but I don't think ISM is the answer.

ISM had a good chemistry with the Chief's QBs though. You also knew that Toney was going to be IR ready. Hated that the Chiefs did not IR him for at least four games and keep ISM.

By that point in the season either Tua or Tyreek, or both, will be injured and we win that one as well.

Did everyone else know about this but me?
That's what I get for not living in KC..
Hurricane evacuation notices are what you get for not living in KC. The evening news on every KC channel seems to squeeze in a Kelce-Swift update ad nauseam. On the upside that is less nauseating than sitting through stories about Tom Brady dating a Kardasian.

The question is, is it worth it to be Taylor's paramour, when you know there's a good likelihood all of her fans are going to hear about it later, in a song?
He could do worse...

If I am 30 year old Travis Kelce....I take that chance.

I hope Swift breaks up with Kelce in December, the Chiefs win the 24 Superbowl, she comes out with No Solid Ground in April 2024 about the breakup , Kelce says I don’t give a fuck, wins his fourth Superbowl in 25, and retires.

Not "Chiefs 2023", but very interesting. Many details about Len Dawson's early career I'd never heard before.
Len Dawson Highlights
The best quarterback in AFL history. Got off to a rought start in the NFL, but a switch to the AFL and the Chiefs re-ignited his career. Dawson was a mobile, accurate passer and was by far the top rated passer in the AFL. He led the Chiefs to three AFL Championships, a Super Bowl win over the Vikings, and was a 2x All Pro to cap off a Hall of Fame career.
