Should have suspended them all indefinitely

Sling TV, PlayStation Vue and now YouTube TV have not come to agreeance on terms with the Fox Sports Regional channels. Fox Sports KC, Fox Sports Midwest, Fox Sports Georgia, etc.
Means a lot of fans will be without baseball this year unless negotiations resume and they get them back.
Hulu Live is I believe the only streaming TV service that is providing access to Fox Sports Regional channels.
Really is too bad. This is not an MLB issue either, it's all about the streaming companies and the sports networks matching up.

Yep. Seriously considering switching to Hulu.
I know we have a different thread on a different bored, but it's a big deal for those watching the Royals.

Astonishing how the leagues miss the forest for the trees on that issue. It's the same species of wrongheadedness that wants good basketball players to not play college basketball.

It sure would be nice if MLB made exceptions on their streaming restrictions. So people could get MLB.com and stream no matter the market.

If there was as much or more money in this plan, it would be this way.
Altitude been locked out since last August. I don’t care much about watching Nugs or Avs, but do watch every Rapids game.
Y’all here was that Rapids don’t matter, and when Nuggets and Avs start all the companies would figure it out and reach an agreement. Hockey and Basketball 65%+ done.
I thought it was primarily a Kroenke thing. As he sucks at just about everything he touches concerning giving a shit about the fans that watch his teams. Guess it’s bigger than just his greed. True whole world has the problem.

If you’re not cheating (illegal streaming), you’re not trying

No, but that doesn't make for a great experience. Baseball is in a fight for its life, and it just cannot stop shooting itself in the dick. Let people watch games! The ubiquity of baseball games is literally the game's best selling point.

I agree that baseball is being dumb here, but the fan can still watch any game they want.
Thanks, in part, to the dumbness of MLB

This is exactly right to my mind. Weirdly, it is easier to watch games where you are too far away to ever buy tickets. I couldn’t even stream Royals games on my phone in Oklahoma.

I do see they have Sporting on ESPN+ wonder if you can watch wherever.

Didn't Sporting go FSKC exclusive? Are those games on +?

Newton- not sure if they are blacked out where you are. Local teams are blacked out on + and local provider airs. Bc, 1995.
If you go in ESPN app, then hit watch, go to MLS listings and scroll to see SKC. Should say Blacked out of so. Rapids do for me. A VPN is apparently a work around.
CnB- SKC definitely listed on + menu.

I was able to watch SKC on ESPN+ on Saturday. It was with Bukaty on FSKC. So that was nice.

I wonder if Newton is considered in-market? I would imagine Wichita area would be FSKC market.

Now just need Sling/Sinclair to pull their heads out and come to a deal.
I get score by score updates on Royals, along with twitter highlights almost immediately. So don't care as much about Royals as I would with watching Sporting's matches.
