If you can't make it for 3/4ths of your teams games, I don't think you should be MVP.
I don't think it should be a hard fast rule but if I was a voter and player A was better in 60 games than player B in his 75 but it was close, i'd definitely give the nod to B.

Health is an important thing and should not be discredited.
