I watched the 1st segment on GMA this morning. It was more than two minutes of rambling. It was blaming Obama, Nancy Pelosi, the investigations. So much for "The Buck Stops Here".

I'm not worried about me. I'm good. I'm talking about the 30 million out of work.
I'm fortunate enough to have a savings if it comes to that, millions arent. If youre going to be twitterpated about not having a plan for the unemployed then I want to know your solution.

Look, there's not a day that goes by here lately that I don't worry about my job. Why? Well, I've already taken a pay cut and we've had 1 round of layoffs. I've also got a family to care for (including a 9-week old). That said, I'm pretty confident in my abilities, helped by that good ol' Bachelor's Degree from KU... I have friends, relatives who have all lost their jobs. I have friends, relatives who have gotten COVID-19. WE ALL KNOW PEOPLE WHO ARE SUFFERING. It's an unprecedented time that we are all just going to have to ride out... The jobs will come back (eventually). It's okay to be a little selfish. Taking care of you and yours is the most important thing right now, whether that be your job, your health, or whatever... If you've lost your job, that's too bad. Focus on other things you can control. There's better days ahead.
