Appy!

Wish he'd migrated here with the rest of us. Nice touch, pdub.

Oh, and thanks for the nod. I appreciate it.

For the past week around 3 AM each night we get woken ( no AC, windows open ) by a vixen scream from a fox.
It's a touch terrifying and a lot annoying.
What's it's deal?

sooo how do you find a stud on a wall?

(Besides looking in a mirror)

Get a cheap stud finder. Or, tap the wall...stud wont be hollow. Or run a magnet across the wall...screws will be at stud locations.

Or measure from the corner and guess if they went 16 oc or 24 oc. 16 if loadbearing for sure, likely 24 if jist a partition wall.

Hit the drywall with a hammer until it doesn't go all the way through.

So far my favorite idea is a magnet.

Unfortunately none of my fridge magnets stuck.

Trying to decide whether it would be cheaper to get a stronger magnet, or a stud finder.

Or maybe a magnetic stud finder.

You should be able to get a stud finder for like 15 bucks.

I can see where one stud ends on the corner.

Can I assume the next would be 16 inches apart?

Need a solid spot to put a screw so I can hang my trophy deer mount.

Just tap the wall where you want to hang it until the hollow noise goes away. Then take the thinnest nail you have, and tap it in to see if you were right. If you were wrong, keep looking until you find it. If you do get it wrong, the thing you're hanging, if it's a picture or tv or something will cover the missed attempts. But you should be able to tell by tapping.

Should be 16 on center. If its a partition wall it might be 24

Thin nail is a good thought too.

One more question:

Is a powerful magnet dangerous if I consider myself a giant metalhead?

No. If your a giant metal head you dont have any brains to worry about scrambling.

A cow magnet isnt exacrly and an MRI machine.

PhD almost had it. Gooden/Collison is not an answer.

1. Boschee, Hinrich, Collison.
2. Mario Kinsey.
3. Illinois - a no. 1 seed led by Bill Self ( we were a 4 ).

I remember that year Gooden and Collison started out the year sorta taking turns starting next to Chenowimp which was frustrating because they were both better. I think by the end of the year they both started and Chenowimp came off the bench.

I did't look up to answer the question, but I just checked this now on sportsreference.com: Gooden Started 20 games, Collison 23 and Chenowimp 25.

We played 33 games that year, that means all three started at least 2 games. That would have been a big ass front court.

Also, Axtell started 2 games.
