Working in a resturant is different than owning and operating a food truck. Youll have to cook, market, drive, and sell and clean and prep. Taxes, employees, location coordination. All of it. But I'm not saying don't go for it, im just excited your doing something to change your position instead of just ranting about it.

I hope you can relate when I say, I’m just not cut out for the corporate bonehammer.

My other thought is going back to school, prob for something like fish & wildlife management, and also do some Spanish and music theory and some other classes while I’m at it.
I dunno what the job market would be like for fish & wildlife management though, but what it has going for it is, it’s something I might actually be interested in and apply myself and try to network and stuff, rather than just go through the motions like with bidness school.
Or maybe trade school!

Ive mentioned before but id love to work for the forest service but its not feasible unless you started there as a young adult.
Problem with fish and wildlife is similar but also a double edge sword. Yes you get to be put ans about in the mountains (when your not doing massive amounts of paperwork) but the pay is shit and my buddy (who is an ODFW employee)gets frustrated because he never gets to hunt as its his busy season and rarely gets to fish.

That didn’t come out so great.
If I’m doing it commercially, I want something that’s easier to cook.
Besides, there’s already a serviceable Cajun joint in town here

What about a biscuits and gravy food truck?
With classic, spicy, and veggie gravy
Killer breakfast stop but would you guys eat that late night or at a festival too?
Dale said he would…but then again, Dale also just ate the cheese off the rat trap in the ladies room

Do you think enough people eat breakfast food truck style for that idea to be successful?

Can't make sausage gravy without a roux.

Good point.
Speaking of, wanna come work in my food truck?
Job perks include weed breaks, and all the biscuits and gravy you can eat
