Sure.
But you're baking all those things into your guess.
Under/over 5.5?

I'm going over at this point.

As Fish said it'd have to be 5.5 with a bad return on the over or 6.5 with a fair return on the under.
Depends on how long Kelce plays, how well they replace him once he does retire, how they rebuild the WR room and how they reshape the defense once they make decisions on Chris Jones and Sneed.
Something many of you may not be taking in to account. Troy Aikman says hello.

Yea, Aikman had a ton of concussions.
Mahomes has had one that I recall.

I think Mahomes had at least one in college but concussions wasn't really my point. Aikman had a bad back too.
Injuries and retiring at 34 was a harsh reality for Aikman - who like Mahomes, won 3 Super Bowls.
I think Bradshaw (who won 4 Super Bowls) retired at 34 or 35.
My hope is Mahomes plays the game as long as he chooses and wins more Super Bowls but as we all know, nothing in life is guaranteed and injuries are a part of football. That was my point.

Well i'm not going to even ponder about that.
Mahomes is playing til he's 45, healthy every year.

From your lips/fingers to God's ears! As long as the Bears suck I hope he gets a ring for each finger. Maybe one for a toe.

Saw this on twitter:

Since 2001 there have been 125 postseason drives where it was the 4th quarter with under a minute to go and the team on offense trailed by 7 points or fewer at the start of the drive. Only 49% of those drives resulted in the team getting the necessary points to either tie or win the game.

Tom Brady was 5-11 (46%) in those drives.
Drew Brees was even better at 3-6 (50%).

Patrick Mahomes? 7-7 (100%)

When they say he is inevitable, it's not just hyperbole.

I get stressed during big games. It's a fun stress but still a stress.
Yet recently with the Chiefs, as long as I'm looking at the clock and know we can get the ball back within a score, it's become less so.

If down 3, we're going to at least tie.
If down 4, we're going to win.

When the Niners kicked that FG in OT I just knew it.
( probably shoulda live bet all the millions but was just way too much in the moment )
Patrick has all the time in the world and 4 downs per 10 yards to march down the field?
Bye bye Niners.

I heard someone mention that Mahomes was never ruined by regimentation in QB coaching as a youngster. He is a natural talent who has his own solutions and arm angles.
