UNC about to go down to Clemson at home.
It's a weird, wide open year.
If Gonzaga didn't suck I'd say this year was built for them to finally do it. Thankfully, they're terrible and might jot male the tourney.
Feels very UConny this year. They seem to get them in bunches despite having some really down years historically.
Hurley will have them a yearly contender for the foreseeable future it appears.
ugh I certainly hope not. I can't stomach another round of "are they a blue blood now?"
They are certainly in the convo when it comes to modern day success in March/April.
But I think the bluebloods are pretty much set. I think we've talked about it before. KU UK UNC are my bluebloods.

feels like another 4, 9, 6, 11 seed final four to me, with someone like Mich St making a weird run
which, means it will probably actually be a 1, 3, 2, 1 seed year.

I will also say continuity makes for great college teams and the portal and NIL have destroyed that. So, parity may be the norm as the teams that can keep players will be better equipped to compete with thr higher rated, more talented, individual effort driven teams.

Kentucky lost their third straight home game today, this one to a Gonzaga team that has been struggling.

Partly why some of our fans who really want these high upside freshman guard types (Dillingham/Sheppard) instead of low ceiling DH should think twice.
The grass isn't always greener. Dillingham might be a top 3 pick, Sheppard could be lotto, and I'd still rather have DH.
