Might have to get a guest pass to be in BillsMafia this season:
“There’s no God-given right to attend a football game,” Poloncarz said.

I just signed up for my poke!
think I’m getting Moderna.
Just figured I’d mention it since literally no one else has posted about getting vaccinated.

Jesus, if 20 minutes of exercise is overwhelming I would think that Covid would be 1 of many on the list of things to worry about.

Crazy how much worse my arm hurts than a normal flu shot!

Michigan is the best. The trees are budding. Flowers are popping. Grass is greening. It is 75 degrees outside right now. Spring sports are in full swing. Boats are getting in the water. Most every person I know has had at least 1 shot of the vaccine. Many have had both.
It is a glorious time to be in Michigan. It's time to live again.
This go here?

I hate to chuckle at this, but it was my first reaction. From a state that tried to kidnap their governor, I wouldn't expect anything less.
Michigan can go suck a fat one.

You don't like to laugh at other state's misfortunes, but MICH is the guy that is such a nationalist he won't step foot outside of US soil and shits on every other country, but then at the same time constantly shits on every single American city outside of Michigan.
That is not provincialism. It's probably a different -ism.

contrast the situation in michigan with that of New Mexico
https://www.politico.com/news/2021/04/1 ... 64?cid=apn
Shortly after the first Covid-19 vaccine was cleared for emergency use in December, leaders of New Mexico’s largest health care system suggested they should shut down the slick coronavirus vaccine appointment website they had opened weeks earlier.
That way, they explained, they could avoid conflict with the statewide registry that New Mexico’s health department had already set up.
That decision proved to be crucial, helping New Mexico streamline its vaccination campaign and become the unlikely U.S. leader, local and national experts say. That success came despite the sprawling state’s longstanding public health challenges, including a high poverty rate and routinely poor health care outcomes, and caught the attention of other states interested in replicating its model...

What message is uncle joe sending when he is standing in a field, all alone, wearing a mask, when fully vaccinated?
Is his message one of "when standing in a field, all by yourself, and you are fully vaccinated, you should still wear your mask?"
That's a great way to motivate to get the vaccine.

I got my second Pfizer vaccine dose on Monday. Only had a sore spot on my arm for a day, otherwise no issues. My wife got her second does on Tuesday and ran a fever yesterday evening and is staying home in bed today. She says every muscle in her body ached last night. Better today.
