“To see those, those monkeys from those African countries — damn them, they’re still uncomfortable wearing shoes!” Reagan says on the tape, as Nixon laughs. (1971)

Was that before or after you nominated Lester Maddox's LG for president?

It's about 24K. Michigan's numbers are goofy today bc of reclassification. I'd look again on Tuesday, as weekend numbers always lower, and today not a fair representation because the vacuum was altered.
But yes, still more than yesterday, especially in areas that have opened sooner than others. Remember, it's just science. It's generally bad to use as an aha! tool IMO.

Now we will see how much more we can/will be divided in this country.
There will be those who ONLY blame the protesters and there will be those who ONLY blame the "re-opening".
My guess is our President will mostly blame the Democrats.

Michigan went from 5,000 down to 370 new cases. I doubt either number is correct.

had 222 on Thursday. 370 not an unreasonable number.

Watch Texas, Florida, North Carolina, and California. Honestly, Michigan's # isn't fair right now at all. I don't think Arizona's is either. They did some change with nursing homes that fiddled with some previous reporting.

It's going to be gross, don't worry.

It's reassuring to have something we can count on, in these uncertain times.

New cases don't mean much to me. Testing is increasing so much that it skews everything. Total hospitalizations and deaths is what matters.
