So, NBC News is reporting that Trump's VP announcement could come as early as next week.

The play is obvious, right? Whether Trump bombs the debate or simply ducks it altogether, the idea will be for the VP announcement to change the conversation.

Guy just knocked on the door of Casa Pescado. Running for a state representative seat. In his pitch, he mentioned that part of his platform was protecting girls' high school sports "from guys like you and me."

I am confused. But not perhaps as much as that guy is.

Someone running for a state representative seat comes to my door and says that to me, I ask him/her how he/she feels about the 2nd Amendment and then I tell him/her to hang on for a moment while I go grab my MP5 and tell him/her I have one to protect myself from people like him/her.
