Would he be the best player on the KU team?
Funny thing is Self would have probably put the reins on him early.

Who says there isn't parody in college basketball?
Last night every ranked team won besides #15 Cuse which lost to #13 Oregon
Virginia only won by 57
Nevada only won by 28
UNC only won by 50
KSU only won by 27
Va Tech only won by 28
Miss. State only won by 28
UCLA only won by 37
Purdue only won by 21

Honestly, I find the majority of college basketball to be boring until January.

Same. Outside of KU I don't have much desire to watch many teams.

I just watched a replay (thanks ESPN+) of my local team (University at Buffalo) knocking off West Virginia in Morgantown in WV’s opener.

I have a prediction for this season: Huggins misses games for health reasons. He hasn’t looked good for awhile and last week he looked really rough. His team is down so his stress will be up. Looks like a heartattack waiting to happen to me.

Me? Probably about the same as I felt about Bill Self before he came to KU.

A funny for a funny.

2 top 30 college teams on a regular season night >> 2 top 30 NBA teams on a regular season night.

All depends on which top 30 teams are playing.
Would much rather watch GS play LAL than ANY other college matchup not involving KU.
If it's Atlanta playing Cleveland, I would rather watch paint dry and grass grow.

I truly enjoy watching the "lesser" conference tournament semi finals and finals where the games determine if a team may make the tournament or not - more than ANY regular season game between 2 elite programs.

Exactly. Yes, Bobby Hurley was an annoying white Duke guard. I think I can get beyond that and recognize that his brother is an excellent coach.

Doesn't he have a heart monitor, or something like that, already? Can't see that doing much for him when he has to depend on Beetle Bolden to be Javon Carter.

Huggins has AFib, and irregular heartbeat, to which his defibrillator went off during the Texas game 2 seasons ago.

Max Strus - Kid was a 2 star.
Averaging 20.4 pts and 8.4 rebounds per game.
34 points and 13 rebounds last night. Oh, and he a pretty nice dunk too.
