Gee, I seem to remember when right wing Republicans were gleeful over breaking up some conspiracy to blow up the Sears Tower in Chicago. The odd thing was that the conspirators seemed unlikely to be able to find the Sears at their local mall, much less get to Chicago.
Now, you're offering up the apology that a conspiracy with our national adversary of a considerable time period doesn't count because some building didn't get built. The Trump cult is something to behold.

The Crown prosecutor of Russia met with [Aras Agalarov, an Azerbaijani-Russian billionaire property-developer] this morning and in their meeting offered to provide the Trump campaign with some official documents and information that would incriminate Hillary and her dealings with Russia and would be very useful to your father.
This is obviously very high level and sensitive information but is part of Russia and its government’s support for Mr. Trump – helped along by Aras and Emin [Agalarov].
Donald Trump Jr. responded,
"… if it’s what you say I love it especially later in the summer."

no value to the Russians, sure, cuz they can't blackmail potus any more. No value to someone otherwise trying to sell it for some commercial gain, ok.
but its value would be in the moment of its release, cuz only then would we get to see just how much shame these family values republicans don't have.

The article is obviously a far left opinion piece but correctly points out the fact that the GOP has finally thrown away their false pretense of being the moral compass of family values and fiscal responsibility and are fully interested in only themselves.

Trump's continued attacks on McCain are item #3,259 on his list of shameful, embarrassing acts. And now Trump supporters are attacking the family via social media as well.
