An arrest doesn't mean he did it. And we don't know whether this is incident #1, or time-getting-caught #1. So there are some things to play out yet, of course.

Incredibly and I mean incredibly stupid mistake he just made. The world at his fingertips and he POTENTIALLY threw it all away. I will reserve further judgement as everyone deserves their right to defend themselves but wow. Just wow. On so many levels.

Well your initial question is accurate. And so is your post. So: what is she doing there also?

Now - could well be they were walking by that area, of course. I can think of a number of reasons an 18-year-old female would be walking by there late at night.

Considering location, probably not. Apparently, there's a small story going around that Pooka got jumped by some guys and a lady and he pushed the lady in an act of self-defense.

Probably not 100% accurate, but something that could be the case. A lot of he said, she said. And it's always tough to make a 100% judgment call without video.

If that story is close to accurate things will work themselves out. If it's anything like the Kareem Hunt thing, well, use your imagination.

He was charged with a misdemeanor, not a felony. I am thinking that there is more to this story.
