Nowhere have I said he didn't sexually assault someone. He may have. But it'd have to be someone who didn't want him to touch them. It's not sexual assault if they consent to it.

But that recording itself isn't sexual assault. He'd have to act on that statement, which may have been big talk....and on top of acting on it the woman he did it to would have to NOT WANT IT TO HAPPEN.....
