I liked the first season of Banshee.
First episode, 2nd season (I think), when he was driving that old pickup 70 mph in reverse.....

Definitely had some stupid moments, but for what it was I thought it was super entertaining with a good story. Even though it was sort of weird.

GoT reminded us in a big way last night why it is the best.
Favorites gonna start dying.

Really? I guess we'll see. I'm just hoping once the series is over, GRMM will release the damn books.

It'll be interesting to see how divergent the two genres will be (if at all).

Dying, and fighting against the living. Not hard to fathom the show turning Jorah and/or The Hound and/or Tormund and/or Arya into a boss adversary.
Great episode last night.

Good news: arya is 18 in the show by now. Was 11 in season 1. Show moves at about 1 year per season.
She's 22 in real life.
Now I don't feel as weird.

Not a big fan of fantasies, and had never watched an episode of GOT until Jan. 2018, when I found myself suddenly nearly homebound for an extended period. So, I decided give it a watch, which led to a 7-season binge watch which was time well spent, and got hooked!
Great series. Hate to see it end. Couldn't believe the episode where Cersei did the walk walk of shame through Westeros, among other great episodes.

There is a spinoff coming. Not sure when. Same creative team. Supposed to take place 1000 years before GoT.

Of course there is.
Can't let a story be these days - not when there's still milk in the cow.

GoT deserves a spinoff. I just hope they don't wait too long.

I suggest reading the books; well worth the time and effort.
