Let's look at this from the likelihood of it happening within the sport.
Any knucklehead can score. Almost every one who plays significant minutes make a FG every game.
Almost every skill position player who gets 10 targets/att, probably picks up a first down. A quick scan makes it look like a receiver picks up a first down a little less than once for every 2 targets, and a RB gets a first down once for about every 5 attempts.
Getting on base in baseball, for an average baseball player, OBP is about .320...so just under 1/3...but you only get about 4 plate appearances per game, if you bat leadoff, it's probably closer to 5.
No one hardly ever scores in soccer, that's part of why it sucks.
So, I think objectively ranking them, it goes:
1. C
2. A - if you're a WR
3. D
4. B
