In the Soundtracks category, Dazed and Confused is perfect.

replaying my playlist from yesterday, but added Robin Hood

Prince of Thieves, not Men in Tights (tho, i do love the latter)

one thing i love about the DWW score, is that almost without fail i can recall the scenes that are playing out for the specific tracks. granted, that’s an artifact of having watched the movie a bunch, but i can rarely do that with the Star Wars or Indiana Jones scores...both franchises of which i’ve seen way more than DWW

South Park: Bigger, Longer and Uncut obviously merits mention.

I've never watched a full episode of SP. Just never got into it. More a Beavis and Butthead genre person...lol.

listened to both the Tron and Requiem for a Dream soundtracks this morning

Tron’s is great - i hadn’t heard it before

Requiem is an absolute stinker as a stand-alone soundtrack. it goes wonderfully with the film, but listening to it by itself made me want to either kill someone or go shoot up. there are are maybe two or three tracks that are worthwhile, imo

Schindler’s List

most streaming services do this, i think, but i created an “Ennio Morricone” themed station on Amazon Music. many of the scores referenced here have come through, unsurprisingly

Stand By Me (if we’re going with pop compilations)
