Wasn't the Harriet Tubman 20 supposed to be in circulation 2 or 3 years ago? And it was cancelled/postponed by draft dodgin donnie? He did not want to replace his hero with a black woman.

I think racism in many ways is just another one of those “anger points” the powers that be work to perpetuate so folks are pissed about that, instead of being pissed about getting screwed economically
