4% of the overall face, yes, but if something moved from 39 to 43%, you made it 10% bigger. If I ordered a 40 inch cake, and they give me a 44 inch cake, I got 10% more cake. You're thinking of the overall percentage increase in relevance to the same thing, not the who situation.

Since Travis the Scoop Hawk's forehead represents 39% in actuality, but PDumb made the Relemeister's head 43% of his overall head, that's a 10.26% increase. I swear, y'all need to go back to Calc 1 with Frank Woodsman again, and listen.

Another way to think of it. If I have two 100 inch 2x4s, and I cut one at 39 inches, but the second one I mistakenly cut at 43 inches, that's not a 4% error. That's a 10% error, because that 43 incher is 10% longer than the 39 incher.

184/(184+272)= 40.3

I cut one at 39 inches.
But the second one I cut at 40 inches.

Just look at the pictures. TRele's head is 39% in real life, but 43% in his dumb drawling. It says it right there.
