So Vernon is trying to say there is some sort of issue between Remy and Self? Clearly there is something going on with Remy's knee, but I don't completely discount that there might be a rift between player and coach, but that doesn't mean that's why he's not playing.

A little friction is fine. In fact I like it and I'm sure Bill does as well. Those are the types of guys he likes.

As far as Remy goes. Sit him. Sit him as long as he needs. This team needs Remy at 100%. Look at this as chance for guys like Yesufu and others to get reps. I'm willing to sacrifice games in the Big 12 for a chance at the bigger prize...a deep run into March and April.

The longer he sits, the more likely it is he’ll be coming off the bench.
