I heard that Duke players didn't shake hands with UNC after the game. I couldn't see it, but was this true? That's pretty disrespectful to their conference rival.

Not the first time this season that they've done that. What's that Mr. Miyagi line? Something like "There are no bad students, just bad teachers". I've don't remember ever seeing as much bitching about no hand shakes than I have this year, and it's the softest thing in the entire world. Sportsmanship should be the last thing on a player's mind during and immediately after games like that. Me and my brothers just spent the last 2 hours trying to kick you ass, and we did it. I'm going to celebrate with them instead of giving a token high five to the team we just beat. Same goes for a loss. I don't want to high five the guys that just beat me. Hand shake line is for the participation trophy losers.

i can understand no handshakes if there is a celebration underway
under normal circumstances, though, it’s a poor sport that doesn’t shake hands. so what if you lost? it’s a fucking game. be mature and show some mutual respect for your adversary

I hope that K is stewing in the thought that today could have been his great send-off into the history books. But rather, Roy Williams's name will be mentioned about 10 billion times today. Ha Ha.
