I think it's long past time to stop worrying about Dajuan's limitations. They've been what they have been for 3 seasons now. He needs talented scorers surrounding him for his teams to be good. Otherwise, he's pretty great at the things he does well, he's going to play a lot, and it's pretty predictable what he's going to give us the rest of this season and his career.
Derrick Rose isn't walking through that tunnel this season or next.

Surgically calling every foul on Harris tells me there is an appreciation for his gifts. He is the glue.

Shitting on Dajuan, especially after seeing how we play without him, makes absolutely zero sense right now.
I don't know how someone could have watched that and thought Dajuan's play, as opposed to him sitting due to absolute horseshit third and fourth fouls, was the problem.

Dajuan is a great glue guy. Kevin mccullar is a great glue guy at the 2. Kj would be a great glue guy at the 4. Pettiford could be a good glue guy at the back up point. We got too much glue and thats why our offense looks stagnant as fuck
We need some more playmakers. Jalen is that guy. Grady dick is an elite weapon but he needs plays made for him still and plays defense like a freshman
Yesefu might be more important this year than yall think

We need another playmaker but one doesn't exist on our roster.

were we really playing any better WITH him, tho?
it'd be nice to have a PG who can actually play 3 games in a row without ending up looking like the neighborhood kid brother who gets so exhausted from trying to keep up with the 8th graders that at some point even his mom says you don't have to let him play any more, just tell him to come home, mom's got an ice cold Capri Sun waiting.
but, admittedly, I realize that's pretty meltdowny for November.

I can think of 6 games in a row he looked pretty good. But....meltdowny and bad analysis is kinda your thing so ill just stop here.

Is Mike Miles available at the trade deadline?

Remy was the star of the ncaa tournament. Not dajuan. As far as point guards go. Saying dajuan was great 6 games in a row is a stretch. We peaked because dajuan was playing less and Remy was taking over more of his minutes
Dajuan was a solid reliable role player last year tho. Thats what he is this year too. But he's on a team that needs him to be more than that.
It kind of reminds me of Marcus Garrett's senior year. Where he was forced into a role that didn't quite fit his skillset

Got it, you think Dajuan is bad because of his appearance.
Do you, like, watch the games?

Yesefu is not and will not be the answer for this team this year; seemingly, he has been stuck in his own head since his first game against Emporia St last year...he plays like a guy who questions his own ability...sure, he'll have some positive blips, but for the most part, he looks like he has zero confidence in himself.

Self said after last game that Yesufu is a 2 and that we turn the ball over too much when he's playing at the 1.

Never mentioned your problem with Juan being his appearance. We completely made that up. Right...
Unless you need me to also look up all the times you complained that he looks like a little brother or that he's scrawny.

But, I think I get it. It’s a debate about the semantics of “appearance.”
But hey, if it makes you feel better, let’s go with it. You got me!
Cuz, yea, Harris appeared to be physically outmatched by Tenn’s bigger, stronger, better conditioned guys.
If you’d like to argue otherwise, and that 2 points 4 turnovers and 5 fouls for a starting PG isn’t as bad a line as it may appear, then please go ahead.
