We reconcile it very simply: a 7/11 sandwich that is two days past its best-by date is preferable to a shit-and-cyanide sandwich. And the incessant need to compare the two, as if they are worthy of comparison, is a massive part of why we may (now, are likely to) have a shit-only diet for the foreseeable future.
I do believe that Biden, does, perhaps, have enough perservatives pumped into him these days to resemble a grab n go offering from 7/11.
Perhaps one aspect in which the two sandwiches ARE properly comparable.
i'm going keto in this instance

I dig the sammich analogies lol
But, I still can’t help but think it’s not so simple.
To suggest the only issue with Biden is his age, is to distract from the fact so much of the concern about Project 2025 is already happening, with Biden in the big chair.
“Vote for me so we can prevent what’s happening right now from happening more” just isn’t much of an appeal.

Come on. Stupid stuff like this makes it hard to take you seriously.

Wait so how are the issues I identified from Project 2025 that are happening right now, actually not happening?

Where Project 2025 is happening is where voters didnot take it seriously. But clusters of states have retained things like abortion rights.

What's your favorite Project 2025 plan, state-forced pregnancy, or ending Social Security and Medicare to promote multi-generational family households, since your parents won't be able to afford to live independently if they're fortunate enough to become old?

Whatever it takes to compete.
By popular request, here's Trump's full riff from yesterday's rally in Michigan on President Xi being "brilliant" because he "controls 1.4 billion people with an iron fist" & why he thinks authoritarians more broadly are "smart" & provide the type of leadership we need in the US

lol Buyer's remorse, much?
...What are the odds now that Trump dumps Vance and scapegoats him, even though it was him and his inept campaign who vetted Vance? I think he sticks with him, because Trump will never admit he was wrong...
One of the things that surprised me fairly early in his term was when Trump would trash one of the people he had picked to be a part of his Administration. To me, that was an admission he had bad judgment to have chosen them in the first place. But that didn't stop him. So, it wouldn't surprise me much if Trump did decide to dump Vance. You only need to look at all the cabinet officials he hired and then fired and vilified when they weren't sufficiently Trumpian, i.e., corrupt and subservient, to satisfy him.

I like the irony of the orange carny barker talking about the ferocity of women, forgetting who his opponent is?

I wish I were kidding, but 50/50 chance there's a NYT headline like this by the end of the day:
Harris, Trump campaigns exchange allegations of mistreatment of pets

I wouldn’t urinate on NYT if it was on fire.

Being a steadfast true believer rube must be conflicting business. Cheering for Project 2025, AND believing it is a left wing smear campaign. Believing that Jan 6 was a mob of antifa ransacking the Capital, AND that the people arrested after being filmed destroying property are right wing political prisoners.
The one thing I think we can all agree on is I should get another big tax cut!
And the rubes should pay for it.
They want to pay for it.
I am an alpha job creator!
Don't tell them, but I pay overtime to salaried employees. It's part of the trickle up scam. Paying overtime creates incentive and people have actually worked harder and more efficiently to decrease the amount of overtime. Leading to increased profits and dividends with lower taxes.
It is a great time to be a capitalist in 'Merica!
