If you watch the daily show tonight….
Be prepared for Gretchen’s hair.
Highlight is probably Pritzker’s video.

No.
So......
Americans (and Israelis) who have family members who are hostages (hopefully still alive) in Gaza.

Daily Show line when I got there (notice the tiny red car at the end - that's how long the line was).

Yep.

Kind of crazy about the hostage families. Right? Not too sure how that plays out.
Coincidently, one of the people my cousin is/was hosting tonight (at the convention) is either the US Ambassador to Israel or the Israeli Ambassador to the USA.

15/85 chance I go tomorrow night.

Estimates were that 50% of 18-29 voted in 2020, up from 39% in 2016.

I am betting that number is even higher in 2024. All those kids that lost the ends of their junior or senior year in high school to covid are now eligible to vote. I doubt that's great for Trump.

When R. Warnock was speaking he sounded a little like Richard Pryor. I know, (weird).

When will politicians learn that “Hope” is NOT a plan.

When will Trump learn to plan anything? Warnock was terrific.

It IS weird - in 2024. In 1924, not so much. I’m not surprised……actually I am, that he didn’t also remind you of Eddie Murphy, Denzel Washington and Garrett Morris.

Correct. Hope is not a specific plan.
That being said, hope is one of the top 5 meaningful/powerful words a politician can use to motivate people. Without hope - there is what?

My 2 cents. Her speech was slightly above fair - at best.
Seems I am in the minority and many/most Pro Dems agree with you - that her speech was damn good.

Thankfully she realized she was at the DNC supporting Kamala and not in the Bronx hanging out with Jamaal Bowman. :?

I'm highly biased but what I watched of the DNC last night, seems the organizers did a fantastic job in all regards inside the UC and how everything looked in the UC. The "We Love Joe" - They are going to have a hard time topping that for Kamala on Thursday.
I know there was one big thing that I'm 100% confident it's going to come out in a negative light. Gender neutral (actually "All Genders") bathrooms.
