I'm making a prediction. If MICH went to his local mall and asked 100 people to name 3 current WNBA players other than Caitlin C, less than 5 would be able to do as such. If MICH asked those same people to name 3 current players on the Pistons, less than 10 would be able to do as such. The (20-19) Indianapolis Fever visit the (13-26) Washington Mystics @ 7:00 Eastern tonight in their last regular season game on Amazon Prime.

Jesus, the Fever started out ahead 11-0 out of the gate, then they were up 18-2, and going into halftime now, they're down 52-45.

Largest crowd in WNBA history, 20,711 to see the Fever lose to the Mystics, 91 to 92.

The Fever have made the playoffs and didn't play their starters much the 2nd half.

The 6-seeded Indiana Fever travel to Connecticut to play the 3-seeded Sun in game one of their best-of-three series in the WNBA playoffs.

With 4:05 left in the first quarter, it's Suns up 16-14.

BTW, the price of a ticket to see Caitlin and the Fever play in the first round of the playoffs this year costs more than a ticket to the finals of the WNBA last year.

It's probably only a coincidence, but ticket sales for the WNBA are up 44% this year over 2023.

ugh we had a foreign exchange student from Colombia stay with when I was a kid that was my sister's age. She used to say that in the most condescending mocking tone ever....and often...as if I didn't understand the word or the connotations. Everytime I read or hear that word I remember that and want to rip my ears off.

1. no, I'm quite a bit younger than my sisters, I was too young for that to be the main goal of life yet.

2. no...this was the 80s....yoga pants didn't exist yet. If they did, they didn't exist in Kansas.

3. Yes, she was pretty good, played for the HS while she was around

4. lol, not that I'm aware of. We went to visit her family in Colombia several years later and got stopped by the military and interrogated.

5. as I recall, yes. hipwork and footwork much better than the average Kansan.
