It is a much better job of calling plays by Grimes. Mixing it up, keeping the defense guessing and Jalon is dialed in.

Jalon being dialed in makes playcalling look easy.
Not sure which is the chicken and which is the egg but if this offense was around from the beginning of the season, you’d be talking about the playoffs this year.

Part of it is putting Jalon in a position to get dialed in. It's a little of both.
