So far today the elite have looked down their nose at car shows and going to Home Depot.
And it’s barely noon.
And it’s barely noon.
You have a right to your opinion. Not all of us choose to live in fear. Some of us are choosing to live our lives and try to provide for ourselves, while others are choosing to live in a cage of fear and depend on the government to take care of them. It is a choice either way, and I’m thankful to have it.Grandma wrote: ↑Mon May 11, 2020 11:16 amHouseDivided wrote: ↑Mon May 11, 2020 10:51 amI know, right? Plus, it's Trump's fault!
RIGHT! Because everyone on here is saying people should/need to confine themselves to their homes.
What is PARTIALLY Trump's fault is people having a "fuck you attitude" in regards to safety and well being of others. I know, you don't have a problem with it. I do, and I feel anyone with a moral conscious should.
On a related side note, I'm not a religious guy but those who are and don't give a fuck about infecting others seem to be major hypocrites to me. "Thou shalt love thy neighbor as thyself".
I’m no lawyer, but I would think that is covered under the right to peaceable assembly.jfish26 wrote: ↑Mon May 11, 2020 11:18 amI must have overlooked "recreationally congregate in a shuttered big-box retailer parking lot during a global motherfucking pandemic" in the bill of rights.HouseDivided wrote: ↑Mon May 11, 2020 11:15 amAnd that’s what it really boils down to, isn’t it? They are people that you feel superior to as human beings. They are beneath you; they elected a President you despise; they watch TV shows and listen to music you dislike; they go to churches you disagree with, and they carry firearms. Hence, they are the problem and must be controlled so that they will conform to your standards.CrimsonNBlue wrote: ↑Mon May 11, 2020 10:55 am
I've been outside nearly every day the last 2 months. No white trash car shows, though.
It’s exactly like the Founding Fathers wrote it in the Declaration of Independence, right?
If a thousand treehuggers in close proximity lined up to talk to plants, praise Bernie Sanders, and drink pink wine in an abandoned Whole Foods parking lot--I'd find it just as unneccesary, selfish, and dumb of behavior at whatever the hell that was in Independence 2 days ago.HouseDivided wrote: ↑Mon May 11, 2020 11:15 amAnd that’s what it really boils down to, isn’t it? I respect those who are not fearful, as long as they have an ounce of respect and compassion for those who are fearful. I never wore a seatbelt when I was younger. I was a "rebel". Didn't think I looked cool wearing a seatbelt. I was (and still am in many other ways) stupid.HouseDivided wrote: ↑Mon May 11, 2020 11:20 amYou have a right to your opinion. What a stupid way to interpret what's been said.

I don't believe anything that comes out of China about this.ousdahl wrote: ↑Tue May 12, 2020 10:10 am Wuhan To Test All 11 Million Residents After New Coronavirus Cases Emerge
