The dallas situation was a massive failure by the organization. They traded away all the defense and role players to pair Luka with another ball dominant player in kyrie.
And that failure really began last year when they lost Jalen Brunson
Some of it is Lukas fault too though. He needs to adjust his style of play if he ever wants to get serious about winning a title. His usage is too high. He is an unbelievable offensive talent tho.
But dallas just made some awful moves and that team has really regressed. Went from western conference finals to maybe not making the playoffs

Although it took ~ 26 minutes to play the last 3 minutes of the game, Joel had 52 pts, 13 rebounds, and the 76ers beat the Celtics by 2, 103 - 101.

Celtics need Robert Williams when they face Embiid. They are managing his knee and yesterday was an off day.
Al Horford and Blake Griffin are ancient.

1st round Lakers/Grizz?
Yes please.
Clippers/Suns might be a great matchup.

I'm not a smart guy. Can someone explain to me why the Mavs are "resting" many of their players in a must win game? Tanking and don't want to make the playoffs because they don't think they can win in the playoffs?
Or do they feel since the Bools have the 10th spot locked up the Bools are going to "rest" their best players and basically concede the game?
Mavs out -
Kyrie
Hardaway Jr.
Wood
Green
Kleber
Bools out -
DeRozan
Beverly
LaVine
Caruso?
In other meaningless and meaningFUL games, check out these lines.....
Hawks -12 VS 6ers
Raptors - 2 VS Celtics
Pelicans - 8.5 VS Knicks
Grizz - 8 VS Male Deer
Lakers - 12.5 vs Suns
I figure if both teams were at full strength playing all their players in a meaningful game the lines would be more like.....
76ers - 5
Celts - 8
Knicks -1
Bucks - 2
Suns -1

Pretty dumb to play Luka the 13 minutes he played.
Funniest part of the game was when MKMorris got yanked for trying/playing too hard.

I would like to see the 6ers win the East but I have no clue who I feel will win the East out of the Bucks, Celtics, and 6ers.
In the West, it's going to be a heck of a playoffs.
Crazy that either the Suns or Warriors may (will?) be out after the 1st round.
Would love to see the Lakers play the Grizz.
While highly doubtful, I have to wonder if the potential matchups give the Lakers and the Heat an incentive to tank the 7/8 game.

I'm torn between the bucks and Celtics..but don't really give the 76ers much of a chance. I dont think the 76ers can beat either of them in a series. Being the 3 seed, the 76ers would have to beat both of them in back to back series, no chance

Biggest fuck up of the whole season. You take a team that was in the western finals last season. And at the time of the kyrie trade they were in 4th place in the west
(This was right before they were officially eliminated)
Then you give up several good players for kyrie. Trade away your defense, length, and versatility for another ball dominant player that you somehow think will work with Luka. Idk what the hell Cuban was thinking

Unless.....
Someone upsets/knocks out the Bucks or Celtics.
Go Bools!
I will never buy a ticket to an NBA game. Ever. The odds that at least one of the stars you'd want to see play would be taking the night off is astronomically high.

Would/will you never buy a ticket for an NBA playoff game - ever?

I would if it looked like the actual players I wanted to play were going to play. So I guess I should have inserted "regular season" into my statement.
