Meh. I find the vast majority of the public to be similar to you, sackless regurgitators of other people's thoughts. I have no problem being proven ultimately wrong. At least I have the guts to make an attempt to form my own opinions on things based on an analysis of the actual results I have available and the balls to put it out there. Most just resort to barfing out what they hear from others out of fear of getting their widdle feewings hurt.
I would love it if Self had three of the top 5 picks in next year's NBA Draft including a generational talent and another future NBA All Star like Duke just lost in the Elite Eight with. But it wouldn't surprise me if his results with that roster ended in a similar.

Didn't K and Calipari both win national titles lead by OADs? Sure seems that way.
Just because duke lost this year doesn't mean they should stop recruiting top players. JFC. Let's start recruiting like Auburn because they've made the same amount of final 4s as we have in the last 5 years. Time to adjust the formula!
