I will say this. I thought Trump did pretty good early on. But Biden has turned it on over last 20 minutes and Trump is struggling.

I will say, Trump "winning" early on is largely because of his demeanor. The first 20-25 was on COVID alone. Trump's answers, taken on their own, were largely unpopular and flawed, but were conveyed in a more level-headed way. But whenever Trump started feeling attacked, he started going into conspiracy mode, and it just sounds weird.

Biden - wtf. It's like he's playing tee ball and still whiffs.

Biden has the fire and passion. Trump does not. Trump doesn’t want to do this...

Yeah... But he's turned several opportunities into gaffes

Yet Trump was eloquent. Biden slips up his words. Trump plays Boggle with his words, not in order, not in syntax, and many aren't even words.

Renewable energy is the future. Period.

Trump never provides any substance. Ever. Ever. Ever.

I think both feel good about how they did tonight.

But Trump needed chaos and Biden to break down and Biden never really did.

I certainly didn't say nor imply that, in fact the opposite. I mean, that's why I find it disappointing - Trump was a calmer version of himself, Biden had chances to rip him apart, and I thought he missed on a lot of those.

Trump likes to project what might happen if the Dems are elected. It’s never what HE will do. I mean, this fucker still can’t tell us what the replacement for Obamacare is. He knows nothing about renewable energy or climate change. His brain is the size of a peanut.

This was 100% don't rock the boat (but the vote) version. I'm a bigger picture person, so I think Georgia, Zona, NC, IA, then maybe something like AK, SC, MT, etc. on top of expecting CO an ME. I'm good in dropping PA in lieu of getting GA voters because it means more this cycle.

For Biden's team, this was a hold serve debate, hoping it trickles down. I don't see the downfall in either side. Trump, had no good answers throughout. But he said words, in order, that sounded like a sentence. This might give people like you or me pause if we didn't pay such close attention. But think about answer. If you were truly undecided, who do you think you would choose?

Trump definitely looked better tonight and Biden looked worse. However, I don't think it's going to change anyone's mind in who they are voting for. The last statement from Trump was probably the most important because he was right -- the recession would be much worse if Biden is elected.

Yeah didn’t see that Lob but you do you. Biden was the same as he has been. In fact, got fired up a few times about things that are hot topics. Trump was better and more well behaved, but it’s not going to matter.

I still can't believe that Biden hasn't looked into the camera and asked how many Americans are starting to talk to their family members what the plan is for the holidays? Trump knew about this in January and I am going to be skipping Thanksgiving as a family this year. At least all the members of my family that I enjoyed Thanksgiving with last year are still alive this year so I suppose I should be grateful.

Pull your pants up, your bias is showing. If you think Biden was worse here than in the first debate then you chose that opinion before this ever started.

Trump won the buzz word bingo game tonight but he doesn't really offer anything specific. Did he actually say he would do anything differently about anything or is he purely going with "we were great before The Plague so we'll just keep doing what we were"?

I'm not saying Trump destroyed Biden, no. Both of them didn't answer many of the questions. I just think Trump looked better than the 1st debate and Biden was not quite as crisp and energetic.
