honest question. Despite the swirl of panic that potentially would ensue if candidates are switched, particularly if it'd not just a shift to promote Harris.

Are there voters that Kamala brings in that Joe doesn't? is that number of votes greater than rhe amount of votes potentially lost due to the switch?

If the answer to either of those questions is no, then it's not a winning move and they should either stick woth Joe....OR...move to a new ticket entirely and roll the dice.

You forgot the word "Christian".
I am pretty sure he and I have a much different view of what that word means today for a lot of people - and what it should mean.

I have a high degree of confidence at this point that a Harris/[Whitmer/Shapiro/Beshear] ticket would outperform a Biden/Harris ticket.

I have a low degree in confidence that a brand new ticket would outperform a Biden/Harris ticket - and that is without considering the damage that would be done by creating a “negotiating against yourself” infighting fest this close to ballots going out.

Right or wrong, this is my OPINION. I don't have the definitive answers.
YES, there are voters Harris brings that Biden doesn't.
NO, that number of votes is NOT greater than the amount of votes potentially lost due to the switch.
Therefore, I agree with you that it is not a "winning" move. Problem is I feel staying with Joe isn't a "winning" move either.
So.... Can they create a "winning" entirely new ticket? My answer is - no.
If I got to pick one. I just might go with Pete and Gretchen. Unfortunately, that's not going to make anyone change from Trump. It MIGHT make the independents and undecideds lean more Dem.

P.S. What tiny insight I have been given, the replacement order is most likely Harris, Newsome, Pritzker/Whitmer.
I say Harris and Pritzker aren't going to win you the election. Newsome MIGHT give you a better shot than Biden but I don't think he wins you the election. Whitmer probably doesn't either.

I am absolutely a nationalist.

I believe that our country is for our citizens and that our President’s job is to protect this country and make this country better, not to be a world leader. I don’t apologize for that.

The adjectives “White” and “Christian” are Lib propaganda that apply to an infinitesimally small part of the population, myself not among them.

Yeah, Newsome can run on promises to make the whole country just like California, and Whitmer can point to her track record of crippling the Michigan economy with her draconian overreaction to COVID.

Perfect.

Or they can run on promises to not be Donald Trump. Which you would think and hope might be enough. Unfortunately it's not.
Serious question.... I am not by any means saying you shouldn't find and express the faults and negative things about Democratic politicians but have you ever bothered to learn about positive things they have accomplished/done? I'm not saying you haven't - I'm just asking if you have.

A switch to Newsome would cause a lot of people to move to a status of withholding a vote in this election. It would the absolute worst decision the democrats could make

The only meaningful metrics to me are the economy, the job market, and the border. I don’t think I’m going to find anything positive on those fronts from Brandon and Giggles.

Harris polls stronger than Biden when it comes to younger voters in general, especially younger Black and Latino voters, and women. It's assumed she will attract Asian Americans too, since she is half Asian.

I would guess she, like other female Democrats, can't wait to begin prosecuting the case against Trump's gift on a silver platter VP pick, Peter Thiel's lapdog, something Biden has proven incapable of:

Ok, fair enough. You have your meaningful metrics, I have mine. To each their own.

I admit it, my head is spinning trying to make sense out of your post.
You listed things that DO matter to you. I asked if you bothered to learn the positive aspects of what our President and Vice President have done in regard to those things and you responded - "I don’t bother to learn things that don’t matter to me, i.e don't make my life better".
So please help me out. The economy, job market, and border, do matter to you - but they don't matter to you when it comes to educating yourself in regards to what our President and Vice President have done to try and improve them? Sorry, I just don't get that. I know, I know, you don't "THINK" you will find anything positive. Well, how are you going to know for sure it you don't try?
To me, "efficiency" is educating yourself on matters that DO "matter" to you and learning more about what our President and Vice President have done in regards to them. "Ignorance" is your "THINKING" you know and leaving it at that.
