I agree with it, they're trying to reduce head injuries.

It's football.
You don't kick a guy out for playing it. You punish his team ( 15 yards, 1st down is a decent sized penalty ).
That's like kicking a dude out for 1/10th of the season for hitting a guy who ducked into the hit with your helmet.

And im not a fan of either team but even with the rule, im not sure its targeting after seeing the replay.
Lawrence ducks into the hit--hes a big player--the defender may had been going for his chest and lowered for the hit.
Not enough to kick a guy out imo.

The rule is in place to protect the players, especially the guy who lowers his head. Lawrence also lowered his head. You never see a running back get it called on him, even though you see them lower their head often. It seems to be never called on the offensive player, but should be.
