Been hearing tons about this 3 star freshman WR Arnold. 6’3 with good size and speed. Good chance he takes over Charlot’s spot and he’ll run first team with Parchment and Robinson. This article backs it up.

Sad news today as Isi Holani. The DT that graduated KU in 2018 passed away. Unknown why but way too young. Good player too that came to KU from JUCO ball.

Thinking the same thing, Newton. A lot of buzz around Arnold. That receiving corp has promise and the potential to be as good as the Henry, Fields, Briscoe and Meier era. The problem being that there isn't a Reesing to throw them the ball.

I'm still on team Kendrick. Especially for Dearmon's offense. Just be accurate in the short throw and make quick decisions and can run a bit. MacVittie has the arm for deep, but that's not as necessary with Dearmon's RPO style.

Would have to agree with you on Kendrick unless something has changed with MacVittie. Seems as if the coaching staff was disappointed he didn't pick up the playbook as quickly as they would have liked.

Don't think it was mentioned here really but NCAA made a rule that all eligibility for the 20-21 season will be the same in 21-22. For example, you could play a freshman in all 10 games this year, and next year, they will be a freshman again.

Big news for a program like Kansas.

Imagine another year of Pooka, Robinson, and AP and Les goes and finds a QB. Now that could something. Barring any or all three of those guys decide to test the draft.

Either way next year could be a pivotal year for the Les regime. Schollie numbers might be close to normal and he would have two full recruiting cycles of high schools kids.

And just announced that no fans for the game. Might be why the kick off is so late.

I'm pretty sure they won't allow any tailgating.
10 PM ET on a Saturday is a great time if it's on national TV.

Hearing FS1 will be where the game is.

And yes, no tailgating will be allowed.

Iowa State allowing 25K fans for their first game. No tailgating for them and only allowed to go straight to stadium from parking lots.

I'm confused by the reporting.

https://www2.ljworld.com/news/state-reg ... -14-cases/

The state is listing 14, but the team is saying only 3.

Lots of discrepancies between state reporting and reporting by individual counties/cities/universities/etc.

My county here in Kansas is dealing with the same issue. County says one thing, state usually says more cases.

Also, KU has confirmed they have 3 positive cases. Saturday's game is safe to play in according to KU athletics. And I will be honest, KU has been pretty transparent in their testing figures. Had a big outbreak earlier a while back, shut workouts down. But when they felt it was comfortable, it was time to start back up again.

Plus looking at it more. It seems like the cluster was in the past and not a current cluster..?
