Haven't once assoc'd it w/ HCBS, tho'. To be fair, same is true for every other comparison drawn inna last page or two. weirdos.

I don’t get that about Huy Fong. I didn’t make a reference to El Yucateco because I wasn’t sure how widely known it was….apparently not as obscure as I thought. It’s another favorite of mine.

Most “authentically Mexican” restaurants here keep El Yucateco at the table almost exclusively. Those who have more of a mixed clientele have Tapatio and Cholula. In fact it’s not uncommon to see on the table salt filled in El Yucateco bottles with holes drilled in the cap.
