Your choices are Trump (unaccountable to the law) or Harris (accountable to the law).
Even without regard for their relative tendencies toward criminality, this is not a hard choice.
And as I said yesterday, in my opinion there is NO conceivable policy justification for an American to choose a king above the law over a President who is subject to it.

This is now the law: a President is 100% immune from criminal prosecution for exercising his "core powers," and presumptively immune from criminal prosecution for anything else he does in his capacity as President.

You would have to ask the Supreme Court, which made itself the sole authority on the extent of Presidential immunity.
That is the point.
It has nothing whatsoever to do with my views of which candidate has better polices, or even which candidate is more likely to abuse the powers of the office.
It is about a Supreme Court that has broken perhaps the most essential foundational principle of our country.
