So now we've gone from "man in big chair in charge grunt grunt" to "Biden responsible for everything I don't like grunt grunt."
Across the overall U.S. population, 48.1% lived within 1 mile of any pharmacy, 73.1% within 2 miles, 88.9% within 5 miles, and 96.5% within 10 miles. Across the United States, 8.3% of counties had at least 50% of residents with a distance greater than 10 miles. These low-access counties were concentrated in Alaska, South Dakota, North Dakota, and Montana.RainbowsandUnicorns wrote: ↑Thu Jun 27, 2024 8:43 amI certainly hope there are.KUTradition wrote: ↑Thu Jun 27, 2024 8:37 ami’d be shocked if there weren’t alternativesRainbowsandUnicorns wrote: ↑Thu Jun 27, 2024 8:36 am
On average, I would say 3 times a week.
I find many Walgreen's to indeed be "complete shit".
News comes as little surprise to me too.
About a year ago the small Walgreens across the street from me closed. Served it's purpose well for me. Also got my scripts filled there. I was very disappointed it closed.
Meanwhile, I have about 6 other Walgreen's within easy walking distance of where I live and work.
I feel bad for the people who won't have that ability/accessibility with the closures.
I have no doubt it will have a negative impact on a substantial amount of people.
Part of me feels there isn't much else to say other than - Oh well, that's the way the world works. Things change and shit happens.
NICE! twocoach doing the work I was too lazy to do.twocoach wrote: ↑Thu Jun 27, 2024 10:50 amAcross the overall U.S. population, 48.1% lived within 1 mile of any pharmacy, 73.1% within 2 miles, 88.9% within 5 miles, and 96.5% within 10 miles. Most people in cities have multiple pharmacies available to them within 10 miles of their homes. I typed "pharmacies near me within 10 miles" and got 21 returned.
Not sure if you noticed but 2 of the 3 are different.

the best thing Joe has going for him is that Trump is his opponent.KUTradition wrote: ↑Sun Jun 30, 2024 7:47 am …isn't that what most of us…knew going into the debate?
i’ve heard this from a number of places, that the debate did nothing but reaffirm the views many, if not most, people already held
Time actually cited a poll giving Biden a 1% bump post-“debate”
