Trump is corrupt and is corrupting the coronavirus politically.
But so is NBCNews...and so is "every news outlet trad has seen."
This SHOULDN'T be a partisan issue. It shouldn't even be a political issue.
But once again, I know how every person on this board is going to feel about this, about the government's response, about EVERYTHING, because we, as a society, are so fucking obsessed with and broken by politics that it's impossible for most people even to try to see beyond it.
Fucking Nobelprizewinningjagoff Paul Krugman literally cheering as the Dow crashed this week is case in point.
Sooooooo fucking broken.
Yep. Got a lot more real for me today.TraditionKU wrote: ↑Mon Mar 02, 2020 4:49 pm personally, i would call my feelings apprehension/anxiety...not fear

to quote lonely island, there’s no such thing as too much purell
NOW you're upset? So, for the last nearly 5 years Trump has been twisting people's words and claiming they said things when they didn't and just making stuff up........NOW you're upset? His SecState won't even disavow that the virus epidemic is not a hoax (regardless of what Mulvaney said......Pompeo could have said "I don't know what Mulvaney said, but I don't believe that the virus is a hoax")
In an effort to remain positive and not freak out about Omaha's role in all of this, I am just going to go with "at least we know that there are experienced doctors here in town if someone does get this thing". UNMC runs some serious stuff through here.DCHawk1 wrote: ↑Mon Mar 02, 2020 1:39 pmTechnically, Omaha and surrounding area (Camp Ashland) have the highest concentration of cases in the country -- possibly anywhere outside of Asia.
We are scheduled to leave for a Caribbean cruise in about 4 weeks out of Miami. I am not a germ guy at all but I am starting to get a little anxious about this one.TraditionKU wrote: ↑Mon Mar 02, 2020 8:02 pmi’m sureTDub wrote: ↑Mon Mar 02, 2020 6:56 pmYep.
